NTU’s contributions to NPark’s OneMillionTrees movement and the Green Nation Pledge continue with an initiative to replace about 30 of the campus’s unhealthy rain trees and to plant more than 200 new ones, sponsored by a local plant nursery. The exercise has already commenced with more than 60 young rain trees put into the ground and complements the planting of 100 new trees late last year and another 100 saplings during NTU Service Week this year by the NTU community.
